Great Leaders are not born, they are made

Leader is a person who directs or controls a group, organization, or country.  There's a huge responsibility rests squarely  on the shoulders of a leader. To be a leader, a person must have the leadership skills, courageous, intelligent, inspiring, ambitious, calm, imaginative thinking, dependability, and high self discipline.  So, not all men can be a leader.

Did you remember what i wrote in the recent post - 'birth order trait'? Nobody is born with such a great talent. There is no 'Superman' in this world. Maybe some of us are born smart or intelligent, but the gifted talent will not last forever if we just sit and didn't do anything. A leader is the person who train themselves as a leader, to be a leader. Great leaders worked so hard to get to the top.

To be a leader, a person must have the leadership skills, courageous, intelligent, inspiring, ambitious, calm, imaginative thinking, dependability, and high self dicipline. So, lets train ourself to to act like a leader and to live like a leader. Because, a great leaders are not born, they are made.
